NOTTS County owner Alan Hardy says relaying their pitch in the close season will give Kevin Nolan’s players a better surface to showcase their talents.
Work on the Meadow Lane pitch will cost £100,000 and it’s a clear statement of intent for next season.
Hardy was impressed by the surface at Doncaster’s Keepmoat Stadium and wants to give his players the best possible surface for a promotion push.
He said: “I love seeing players like Marc Bola, who are fast, skilful and young, driving down the pitch and moving the ball about at speed.”
