MICHAEL O’Neill was always asking for trouble when he took on a dual management role with Northern Ireland and Blackburn Rovers.
This week, he found it. When Ali McCann, Ruairi McConville, Paddy McNair and Bailey Peacock-Farrell were sent home early from the Northern Ireland camp, it was quickly noticed that three of them represented clubs who faced Blackburn’s relegation rivals over Easter.
