THERE was a shock of sorts on Tuesday night as Burnley finally conceded a league goal – but they still ran out 2-1winners at Cardiff to keep the pressure on the top two.
Josh Brownhill volleyed home with the aid of a deflection on 19 minutes and defender Maxime Esteve’s first Clarets goal made it 2-0five minutes before the break.
The Bluebirds ended Burnley’s magnificent 12game clean-sheet streak in the league as Yousef Salech headed home on 42 minutes.
