Welcome to the latest update of Fantasy Football League 2025/26. Today’s update covers the period Sunday, May 3 through to Saturday, May 9.

So, let’s take our final look of the 2025/26 season at who has benefited the most from their substitutions as we enter the month of May.

Well, John Second PO [S] are at the moment 1,569pts better off with their substitutions in play.

Next are Alba Lago [S] who are 1,433pts better off. Then come Up The Ives [S] who are 1,327pts to the good with their substitutions in play.

At the other end of the table, Sandgrounders have benefited the most after their changes.

They are -1,010pts worse off with their substitutions in play than they would have been had they not made the changes.

Since January 1, the top team are Lincoln City from League One with 491pts, and the bottom team are Sheffield Wednesday from the Championship with -267pts.

The competition will end after the final whistle of the League Two play-off final at Wembley on Bank Holiday Monday, May 25.
