I RECENTLY visited the US and took the opportunity to watch both basketball and ice hockey. I’m not a frequent viewer of either sport.
However, the experience at both games was outstanding.
Everything was geared towards the customer, everything happened with the audience in mind.
Basketball lasts for 48 minutes, ice hockey for an hour. Both have more breaks than football – four in basketball, three in ice hockey.
