IT SAYS everything about the current state of Cardiff City that nobody expects the sacking of Erol Bulut to change a thing.
Managers come and managers go in the Welsh capital, but it’s a bit like trying to repaint a damp-riddled wall. Things might look better for a while, but sooner or later the mould will come back.
What Cardiff need, more than a new manager or (whisper it) a different owner, is a sporting director and a long-term vision.
