JOSH Kay admits the chance to work with Chesterfield boss Jack Lester convinced him to join the club.
The 21-year-old midfielder completed his switch from Barnsley this week after spending a month training with the squad. He is now ready to make an immediate impact ahead of the second half of the campaign.
