Fantasy Football League 2025-2026: Sunday, May 17 to Monday, May 25

Welcome to the final update of this season’s Fantasy Football League. It covers the period Sunday, May 17 through to Monday, May 25.

All the play-offs have been played. So, after another great season of Fantasy Football League, who is the Fantasy Football League 2025/26 champion?

I have awarded the End of Season Bonuses which you can see below, and our winners are as follows: In first place, winning the top prize of £300, are NB Pak RH [S] who finished the season with 22,028pts.

They finished the season 685pts ahead of second-placed Goalbound [S], who pick up £150 for their efforts.

In third place, and winning £75, are The Valiant Vegan [S] who finished 786pts behind our winner.

Just missing out in fourth place were The Manic Shrimphound [S], who finished 51pts behind third place.

Finishing the season in the Bottom Spot and winning £150 are Epouvantable [S] with –2,577pts. They finished the season 496pts behind their nearest rival Liv Shrimphound [S].

In this season’s competition, the top three entered the game in between the season starting and the August 31 deadline.

As for entering the competition before the season started, the highest finisher was Dynamo Keir in 12th position.

So that is it, we come to the end of another Fantasy Football League season. Thank you for playing and I know from your emails and phone calls to the FFL Helpdesk that you love playing.

I must thank those people who keep an eye on the points and pick me up for the odd mistake here and there.

They know who they are so thank you. A special mention to Dave Woodcraft from Grimsby who has kept an eye on both my fantasy football games.

Also, why not give FFL’s sister competition Fantasy Non-League a go? It features the National League, National League North and South and goes all the way down to Step 4 in the Non-League pyramid, so it’s a real challenge.

Interestingly, both my football competitions this season, FFL and FNL, have been won by the same household – a husband and wife combination who support Southend United. That is quite impressive.

It’s time for a small break for me so I can recharge the batteries, but we will back for the 2026/27 season, so look out around the middle of July for Fantasy Football League 2026/27!
