Boss Wild buoyed as Fin leveller earns point

TRANMERE manager Pete Wild was delighted with the effort and desire shown by his side as they ended their four-game losing streak with a draw at Chesterfield.
Tom Naylor gave the hosts the lead after Ryan Boot had saved Omari Patrick’s penalty.
But Sam Finley’s second-half equaliser earned the strugglers a vital point.
Wild said: “I’m really pleased for everybody at the club.
“The players, the staff and certainly the fans who’ve made the trip over this afternoon – I’m really pleased with the effort and desire.
