SHEFFIELD United have signed former England striker Patrick Bamford – just months after he led Leeds supporters in a foul-mouthed chant insulting Blades boss Chris Wilder.
The ex-Chelsea and Middlesbrough man, 32, was a free agent having agreed a mutual termination of his contract at Leeds in August.
Bamford scored 56 goals in 192 league games in seven years at Elland Road, and won two Championship promotions with the Whites.
