Newly-appointed MK Dons boss Paul Warne takes his side to Crewe Alexandra tomorrow and he felt his team showed promising signs after a draw with Newport County.
The former Derby County boss knows they still need points to confirm their League Two status next season.
Warne’s new side had some opportunities, but neither they nor the side from South Wales could find the decisive touch in a scrappy game at Stadium MK.
The draw means that both sides are on a run of six games without a win, with neither able to end their win drought in this encounter.
