EFL say: Play it again, teams

The EFL have ruled that Rotherham and Cardiff will have to replay in full their crunch Championship match that was abandoned two weeks ago.
The game was called off in the opening stages of the second half following torrential rain. The visiting Bluebirds were 1-0 up at the time.
