Evan Ferguson has thrown a spanner in the transfer plans of several EFL clubs with his goalscoring form for Brighton. The 18-year-old striker was pencilled in for a loan as recently as Christmas, with Blackburn, Burnley, West Brom and Ipswich just some of the clubs in the hunt.
But two goals in two Premier League games for the Seagulls has dramatically put the brakes on any move.
