CHESTERS’ CHANCE AT THE U’S

COLCHESTER United have strengthened their midfield options by signing Dan Chesters on loan.
The 20-year-old has joined the U’s on a season-long loan from West Ham.
Chesters came through the youth system in East London, playing in the Papa Johns Trophy in each of the last three seasons.
He made his first team debut for the Hammers in the last campaign.
It came against Genk in the Europa League at the London Stadium, with his Premier League debut coming in March at Anfield.
