BRISTOL City manager Nigel Pearson insists Nathan Baker’s welfare must come first, with the defender set to miss the rest of the season due to concussion.
The 30-year-old centre back was stretchered off with a head injury during the Robins’ defeat by Sheffield United in late November having returned from a previous concussion in October.
