BRISTOL Rovers CEO Martyn Starnes admits the club need to review their recruitment process if they are to bounce back from relegation.A lack of scoring options after selling Jonson Clarke-Harris to Peterborough left Rovers battling forlornly all season and Starnes admitted he had “reservations” over that area of the pitch.He said: “We’ve had a policy of the manager choosing the players, but we have to get the balance of the squad correct.”
