THE Premier League and EFL must rethink rules that prevent recruitment scouts attending matches during the current crisis. Partly because it is costing jobs.
But also because they are an essential tool. Nobody is a bigger advocate of video analysis and technology than me, but it is only part of the process when you are signing players.
