PRESTON SEEK FINE BALANCE BETWEEN STABILITY AND AMBITION

ALL fans dream of promotion to the Premier League – and that will be just as true for supporters of my old club Preston North End.
The difficulty, of course, is the money that a club like Preston have to spend and the teams they’re competing against in transfer windows.
