BOLTON developed a ruthless reputation for being cup giant-killers after Bruce Rioch took over the reins at Burden Park.
Rioch started to put the club back on the map when they knocked Liverpool out of the FA Cup after a third round replay in 1993 and won promotion from the Second Division.
