CHARLTON boss Lee Bowyer has revealed his frustration with the Football Association over the handling of Tomer Hemed’s proposed transfer from Brighton.
The Addicks made a deadline-day move for the striker and believe they finalised the deal before the cut-off but, over a week later, the 32-year-old remains in limbo.
