PRESTON manager Alex Neil believes Ben Davies has what it takes to become the complete centre- back, but has warned the 23-year-old he needs to continue to work hard.
Davies has established himself in the team in recent weeks after initially failing to repeat his form from last season at the start of the current campaign.
But Neil thinks he is now on the right track and can continue to improve his all-round game.
