NORWICH head of recruitment Keiron Scott says the club must continue to develop their own players if they are to keep progressing.
Scott joined the club last year and played a key role in signings such as Teemu Pukki, Emi Buendia, Moritz Leitner and Onel Hernandez, who have helped the Canaries top the Championship this season.
With transfer fees rising, Scott accepts the ability to produce players from within the club is vital and pointed to the success of James Maddison.
