RETURN IN SIGHT FOR JORDAN…

OLDHAM loanee Jordan Lyden is closing in on a return to fitness following a thigh problem.
The 22-year-old defensive midfielder from Aston Villa has yet to feature for Latics this season.
But manager Frankie Bunn has provided an update on the Australian, saying: “Jordan is doing ok, we’re planning on getting minutes into him on Tuesday in the Checkatrade game (at Bradford).
“He’s been very good in training and he should be because he’s played in the Premier League before.”
