PRESTON boss Alex Neil has called for patience as he searches for his preferred starting XI. North End recently raided Manchester City to sign striker Lukas Nmecha and winger Brandon Barker on loan and Neil says it will take a bit of time to settle on his side He said: “Early season it is often difficult to pick a team as there is not a lot to go off. What we did last year is consigned to the past.
“We have a lot of new players, we signed another two young players last week and now everyone is fighting to see where they are in terms of the pecking order.”
