SHEEHAN GOAL IS FOR THE EXILES FAITHFUL

NEWPORT midfielder Josh Sheehan dedicated his goal in last week’s 2-0 victory at Yeovil to the club’s supporters, after they helped to bring him back to Rodney Parade.
Sheehan returned on a permanent deal from Swansea in January, in a move that was partly funded by the County Supporters Club.
The 22-year-old had previously played for the Exiles on loan for most of last season before he was forced to return to Swansea in March by a cruciate knee ligament injury that kept him out for ten months.
