ANTHONY De Freitas has paid tribute to Port Vale after agreeing to terminate his contract.
The 23-year-old midfielder’s deal was set to expire at the end of the season but the Frenchman has chosen to quit Vale Park now.
But De Freitas was quick to praise everyone at the club as his two-year stay came to an end.
He wrote on Facebook: “Thank you for all you have brought me and for this daily support. It was a great pleasure for me to play for this very professional team and in the huge Vale Park.
“I will never forget you.”
