TOM Pope and Neil Aspin have been a match made in heaven over the last few weeks – and the former is now targeting a miracle march up League Two.
When Port Vale legend Aspin took the managerial reins earlier this month, following the dismissal of Michael Brown, the club were in the sticky stuff.
Pope had just one goal to his name following his summer return from Bury, but suddenly the floodgates opened as the Valiants went from sinners to saints.
