JOHNNIE Jackson says he is loving life as a playercoach at Charlton Athletic and was headhunted for the role as soon as manager Karl Robinson arrived.
The 35-year-old midfielder has been a stalwart at the Valley since 2010 and admitted he was flattered by the faith shown in him by the former MK Dons boss.
“From the moment he came in he made it clear that I was part of his plans coaching wise,” he said. “I’m really, really grateful for that.”
