The 29-year-old goalkeeper has been at Ashton Gate for four years and enjoys the home comforts.
The ground underwent a substantial refurbishment last year and now holds 27,000.
He said: “This is our patch and I always enjoy playing here. Now, with the singing section in the corner screaming and shouting, it makes a huge difference.
“We need the crowd and they’re always good. Sometimes they can suck the ball into the net for us!”
