Connor capture boosts Rovers

Tranmere Rovers manager Ian Dawes says they have brought a ‘top professional’ to the club by snapping up Connor Wood.
The 27-year-old leftback has penned a deal until the end of the season. He left League Two champions Leyton Orient in the summer, having spent the second half of last season on loan at Colchester.
He previously notched up over a century of league appearances for Bradford and will now seek to help Rovers push for promotion.
