Blackpool sign Joe Dodoo on loan deal

side have made their fourth signing of the summer by bringing in striker Joe Dodoo on loan from Rangers.

The 22-year-old spent time on loan at fellow League One club last season, where he found the net twice in eight appearances for the London side.

The Ghana-born striker moved to Rangers in 2016 from Leicester and has scored five goals in 26 games for the Glasgow side.

Blackpool boss told the club's official website, ““Joe is a fantastic signing for us and I would like to thank Rangers for allowing him to join for the season.

“He can play in a variety of positions across the front line and adds pace, power and goals to the side. We're really excited to work with him.”

Following promotion from League One last summer, Blackpool adapted well to life in the third tier last season, finishing in a respectable 12th position.
