Chris Ramsey could be set for a sensational return to Loftus Road to work alongside potential new manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink according to reports in the London Evening Standard.
Ramsey was sacked by the West London club last month following a string of bad results after relegation form the Premier League but it is understood that the 53-year old remains on good terms with the club's hierarchy and may be open to a return in some capacity.
QPR are believed to currently be in talks with Burton boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink over the vacant managerial position with a deal hoped to be completed within the next few days.
The Hoops face a difficult trip to Reading tonight, where Neil Warnock will continue to manage the side.
